Abdul-Rahmaan I. Muhammad is the Founder and Executive Director of My People Clinical Services and President & CEO of My People Community Services. Since founding My People Clinical Services in 2005, he has dedicated his work to supporting individuals and families through therapeutic services, community programs, fatherhood engagement, mentorship, and initiatives designed to remove barriers to success. He is also the creator of The Manhood Tree, which provides spaces for men to explore fatherhood, brotherhood, personal growth, mental health, and healthy manhood.

Avi Wisotsky, FCAS, is the CEO and co-founder of RightWay ABA. An actuary by training, Avi spent years working across insurance and consulting before bringing his experience in operations, risk, finance, and business strategy into behavioral healthcare. Alongside his wife and co-founder, Rachelle Wisotsky, Avi is building RightWay ABA around a philosophy of “scaling with care,” combining operational discipline with clinician-led decision-making and a commitment to quality therapy.

Dr. Dani Kimlinger, PhD, MHA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the CEO and Partner of MINES and Associates, an international business psychology firm specializing in behavioral health, employee assistance programs, and organizational development. With nearly two decades at MINES, Dani has dedicated her career to strengthening workplace well-being, expanding access to mental health services, and helping organizations align their people, culture, and business strategies. Her leadership focuses on psychological safety, evidence-based care, innovation, and building high-performing teams that put people first.

David Esposito is the Chief Executive Officer of ONL Therapeutics, an early-stage biotechnology company developing therapies for retinal disease. A West Point graduate, combat veteran, and experienced healthcare executive, David has spent more than 30 years leading organizations through growth, acquisitions, turnarounds, restructurings, and difficult wind-downs. His career includes serving as CEO of Armune BioScience, which was acquired by Exact Sciences, and President of Phadia US/AB, which was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Today, he brings those experiences to ONL Therapeutics, where the company's vision is to help patients "see the future."

Eric Perry is the Executive Director and CEO of Avenir Behavioral Health Center in Surprise, Arizona. A behavioral healthcare executive with a clinical background, Eric has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, quality improvement, and organizational leadership. He is passionate about building strong teams, empowering frontline staff, and creating systems that improve both employee experience and patient care.

 Ishan Arvin is a healthcare executive and Director of Behavioral Health at Horizon Health Corporation, with over 20 years of experience in nursing, clinical operations, and healthcare leadership. His career spans behavioral health program development, organizational turnarounds, patient safety, and operational improvement. With a passion for serving underserved communities, Ishan focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening healthcare systems, and expanding access to quality mental healthcare through collaborative, patient-centered leadership. 

Kris Salyards, LCSW, CFRM, is the Executive Director of The Bridge Youth & Family Services and Founder of Anchor Point Integrative Therapy. With more than 30 years of experience in social work and nonprofit leadership, Kris specializes in building sustainable systems, strengthening organizational cultures, and supporting vulnerable youth and families. Her leadership approach combines clinical expertise, operational strategy, and a deep commitment to trust, compassion, and lasting community impact.

Lisa James, LCSW-C, is Vice President of Behavioral Health and Social Work at Chase Brexton Health Care and an experienced clinical social work and healthcare leader. Her career spans behavioral health, primary care, residential treatment, and community-based services, with a focus on improving systems for children, families, and communities. Lisa is passionate about people-centered leadership, multidisciplinary collaboration, and creating healthcare systems that are more accessible, adaptable, and responsive to the people they serve.

Dr. Roger Jansen is a psychologist, healthcare executive, and CEO and co-founder of Exponential Health. With extensive experience leading healthcare transformation, organizational strategy, and innovation, he is focused on developing alternative healthcare models that improve affordability, access, and patient outcomes. His leadership philosophy centers on people, place, and purpose, with a commitment to building organizations that prioritize both the communities they serve and the well-being of their employees.

Yonzetta Brook Tillman, PhD is a behavioral health executive and healthcare leader with extensive experience overseeing hospital and community-based mental health services. Her career has focused on strategic planning, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, workforce development, financial management, patient safety, and improving access to care. She currently serves as AVP of Mental Health Services at Easterseals New Jersey and has previously held senior leadership roles including Behavioral Health Director and hospital CEO.
